Below are answers to some questions we are frequently asked about our pricing and packages

While we do endeavour to keep the price of our websites at £800 where possible, there are certain things that affect the price, including:

  • The number of pages required.
  • Whether you have content already written or require us to write it.
  • Whether you require E-Commerce functionality.
  • Whether you require any other advanced functionality.

However, please rest assured that when you request a quote from us, we will be as transparent and open as possible about our prices so that you are clear about the costs involved before you go ahead.

Upon agreeing to the quoted price for your new website, we require a 50% upfront payment to get started on the project. The remaining 50% is due when you are happy with the website and ready for it to go live.

Following the website launch, the hosting and support fees are billed on a monthly basis. We offer flexible payment options for this recurring fee, including standing orders, direct debits, or bank transfers,

We aim to show customers their completed homepage within 1 month of them paying the first 50% payment and sending us the information we need to make a start. However, in most cases we work much quicker than this and can have the full website completed and live within a month. Our lead time largely depends on how much work we have on at the time, however we will aim to be completely transparent with you about this at all times and aim to give you realistic expectations about how quickly your website will be built.

Superfast hosting is a premium feature offered on some of our packages. All our websites are built on the WordPress platform, and choosing a package that offers Superfast Hosting means your website will be hosted on a server specifically optimised for WordPress websites. This ensures that your website loads incredibly quickly for all visitors, providing a seamless and enjoyable browsing experience.

Furthermore, the speed of a website is a significant factor in Google’s ranking algorithm. A faster website not only enhances user experience with fast loading times but also has a better chance of ranking in a higher position in Google search results, potentially drawing more traffic to your site.

We understand that your website will require changes from time to time, examples being if you change address, add a new service, or change your prices. All our packages include a designated amount of support time each month to accommodate these changes. If you require any changes making to your website, simply get in touch with us to let us know what needs changing. The support time listed on each package is the maximum amount of time that we allocate for updates to your website in any given calendar month. For most simple text changes, this is plenty of time and ensures that we are able to make changes to your website for you at no additional cost.

However, there might be occasions when you require more substantial updates making to your website that exceed the allocated support time. In such instances, we will charge an additional fee of £15 per 30 minutes for the extra time spent. Rest assured, we will notify you in advance if such a situation arises.

Please be aware that unused support time from one month cannot be rolled over into subsequent months.

Email Hosting is a feature that we offer on some of our packages. If required, we can set up email accounts (inboxes) such as info@yourdomain.co.uk, phil@yourdomain.co.uk, anything@yourdomain.co.uk . However, this is entirely optional; many of our clients already have their email systems set up before they approach us and prefer to keep their existing setup, which we fully accommodate.

Our BUSINESS package (£40 per month) package is our most popular package with customers due to its blend of affordability and robust features including superfast hosting. This package generally produces excellent results on Google due to our adherence to SEO best practices during the building process.

If your website has product listings then you will require our SHOP package (£60 per month).
